History

Clearmont, spol. s r.o. was founded in 2000. Despite many changes, it has retained not only its original name, but also its structure and basic principles of operation to maintain and strengthen its stable position on the market. Since the beginning, we have been mainly dedicated to the supply of glazed constructions for the interiors of residential units, houses, offices and shopping centres. Our partner in sales, implementation and technical consulting is a major supplier Dorma, now dormakaba, which through Clearmont supplies customers with door technology, glass fittings, automatic door operators and other products for the Czech and Slovak market. Another equally important partner is the supplier Geze, with whom we cooperate in the sale and installation of door and window hardware, door closers, motors and automatic operators.

With our growing experience in the supply and installation of building hardware, we have gradually achieved stable partnerships and become distributors for other manufacturers such as Fapim, Domatic, SFS, GU-BKS and others. Our Fittings Centre has thus acquired a comprehensive form. Due to the success and rapid development of the company, we gradually expanded our product range and further penetrated into the field of building exterior cladding and comprehensive interior construction supplies. This led to the establishment of the Realization Center, which, thanks to its gradual development and milestones in the form of major projects, has become a full-fledged supplier of comprehensive solutions for building envelopes, glazed fire protection constructions, glazed partitions, mobile doors and interior walls.

Among the important projects that have been the impetus for further development of our company, we can count the delivery and installation of acoustic mobile walls for the Czech National House in New York (2008), the cladding of the Avion shopping centre in Ostrava (3 stages 2012 - 2018) or the complex delivery of glazed cladding and ventilated facade for the Audi Ostrava car showroom (2009). This year became a turning point for us, as our company's activities began to take on a new dimension.

After many years of experience with challenging projects, we have earned the trust of our clients and are working to build on it. We have earned our identity and uniqueness thanks to a stable team of employees and quality work. We prioritize honest work, correct relations with partners, individual approach to customer requirements, quality over quantity, creativity and search for new solutions.

Thanks to our stable team, the set goal of 'quality over quantity' and our previous experience, we have had the opportunity to participate in the most interesting realizations in recent times. These are mainly MOLO Lipno (2020 - 2022), Tee House Čeladná (2019 - 2020) and the Black Pearl in Ostrava (2022 - 2023). All three projects were implemented from the design of the constructions to production and installation. In the realization of MOLO Lipno and Tee House, we have been engaged in the production and installation of aluminum windows, HS portals, sliding windows, doors and facades, including ventilated facades made of Bond cassettes. For the MOLO Lipno restaurant building, we have constructed oversized HS portals with sash weights of up to 600 kg. On the high-rise building Černá perla we have implemented aluminium glazed facade cladding, windows and doors as well as a new generation all-glass dormakaba entrance carousel - the first installation on the Czech market. This implementation was preceded by a completely new structural design of the glazed façade cladding, taking into account the observed condition of the skeleton after the dismantling of the existing cladding, and in addition we proposed a solution for the future possible installation of solar panels in the façade construction.
